    The Honorable Donna Taylor heard two separate child abuse cases Sept. 5 in Antelope County Court. The defendants in the first case - Kaitlyn Kopejtka, 24, of Neligh, and Seth F. Lampert, 26, of Neligh each appeared for arraignment on one count of commit child abuse intentional/no injury, a Class IIIA felony stemming from a July 25 incident.
