Four Bobcat athletes represented Summerland at the 2023 Northeast Nebraska Track and Field Classic, April 27, at Norfolk Senior High School.

Ryan Rifer

Bailey Ahlers competed in high jump and earned a silver medal. She cleared 5' 4.

Hadley Cheatum qualified in five events and opted out of the 800m competition. She finished fourth in the 400m, running 1:01.52 and placed fourth in the 300m hurdles, crossing the tape in 47.39. Cheatum placed sixth in the 100m hurdles, with a 16.20 performance. In the 200m, she landed in the eighth spot, running 28.34.

Ryan Rifer and Ruger Switzer competed in the boys' high jump. Rifer tied for seventh place, with Kanyon Talton, of Norfolk Catholic. Both cleared 5' 10.

Switzer ended in ninth place, with a 5' 10 jump.
