Funeral services for Robert A. Daniels, 61 of Clearwater, will be Friday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m., at Snider Memorial Funeral Home in Clearwater. Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 16, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Ziems Cemetery, rural Ewing. Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Robert Alan Daniels was born Nov. 18, 1961, to Harold and Mary (Sands) Daniels in Neligh. He went to elementary school and high school and graduated from Ewing High in 1981. After graduation, he returned to helping his parents on the farm. He eventually took over the farm, where he resided until his passing.

Rob was known for the talents of fixing anything, working and moving pivots, plumbing, electrical and welding. He was also known for packing silage, planting and harvesting grain. He also did custom work and helped the local farmers, along with backhoe work. He was willing to teach anyone who wanted to learn, he was a jack of all trades. When he was younger, he was known to be competitive at darts. He also enjoyed four wheeling and taking trips with family and friends. He also spent a lot of time with his cats; Stew was his favorite. Wherever Rob went, Stew was there, on the tractor, on the four wheeler or in the pickup.

Robert is survived by all his cousins, Stew and the farming community.

He was met by his grandparents, parents and others he met along the way. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
