NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Clearwater will be held Monday, Aug. 8, at 8 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public. A public hearing will be opened by 8:15 p.m., to discuss changing zoning from single-family residential to mixed-use development for three lots located in Tax Lot 11 on the west end of Iowa and Nebraska streets.
