A warrant was issued earlier this month for an Osmond man suspected in a May 2 gas drive off at Royal One Stop.

The warrant, signed by Antelope County court judge Donna Taylor, orders the arrest of 38-year-old Aaron C. Poellot on a Class 2 misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking, 0 to $500.

According to an affidavit in support of the warrant, filed by Nebraska State Patrol investigator Tyler Mann, there were three witnesses to the incident.
