NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLANNING COMMISSION

VILLAGE OF CLEARWATER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Planning Commission of the Village of Clearwater will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 8 p.m., at the fire hall meeting room and will be open to the public.

The purpose of the hearing is to discuss replacement of planning commission member Mike Klabenes; adjust the zoning regulations wording regarding large lot residential to include the one mile extra-territorial jurisdiction outside the village limits; remove the separate height restriction on residential accessory buildings and use the site development regulation height of 35 feet; recommend change in zoning to Contois Subdivision Lot 13; recommend change in zoning on the NW ¼ of Section 6, T25N, R7W of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska, from agricultural to large lot residential; and review request to expand storage units located at Outlots Tract 50’ x 250’ of Outlot P.


The recommendations will then be presented to the Village of Clearwater Board of Trustees Monday, June 13, 2022.

An agenda for the hearing is kept continuously current and available for public inspection at the office of the village clerk. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
