Thirty-four-year-old given chance for turnaround

A 34-year-old O’Neill resident has been given the opportunity to have his case transferred to drug court.

Phillip M. Burival pleaded guilty to an amended count, delivery/dispense/distribute/manufacture/possess extremely hazardous drug, at least 10 grams but less than 28 grams, a Class 2 felony. The charge was reduced from a Class 1C felony, possession 28-139 grams methamphetamine.
