The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, along with the Upper Elkhorn NRD, will be holding a Local Working Group meeting at the Upper Elkhorn NRD, 301 North Harrison St., O’Neill, NE 68763 on March 24, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., to discuss natural resource conservation program priorities.
