Russell L. Meyer, 63, of Orchard, who faces charges in two separate cases, once again failed to appear in the Antelope County court on Dec. 1.

After failing to appear Nov. 17, he was rescheduled for arraignment on charges of second-degree trespassing and disturbing the peace, both Class 3 misdemeanors alleged Aug. 12, in Orchard. He was also set for a status hearing in another case, charging him with second-degree trespassing/defy order to leave, a Class 2 misdemeanor alleged May 1, also in Orchard, with a different victim.
