Debra F. Jordan, 54 of Norfolk faced the Honorable Donna Taylor last Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on a felony burglary charge. Court was delayed about 15 minutes, awaiting Jordan’s transport to the courtroom from the county jail.

Tilden police chief Robert Peterson was called to the witness stand by Antelope County prosecutor Joe Abler and was asked to review his investigation of July 14 crimes alleged at Jordan’s place of employment, JB Mart in Tilden.
