A 23-year-old Blair woman was sentenced last week, for the third time for a 2018 conviction.

The Honorable Mark Kozisek sentenced Paige M. Korth, to two years in prison when he presided from the Holt County district court bench Aug. 2.

Blair was originally sentenced in October 2018 to a total of three years of probation for her convictions of driving under the influence – cause serious bodily injury, a Class 3A felony, and transporting a child while intoxicated, a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Four additional counts were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

The crimes were committed in October 2017.
