Notice of Renewal of Retail Liquor License

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 53-135.01, liquor license of this act may be automatically renewed for one year from Nov. 1, 2021, for the following retail liquor licensee, to wit:

The Waterhole Lot 20, Bock 1 in the Village of Clearwater, Nebraska

Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the Village of Clearwater on or before Monday, Aug. 8, 2021, in the office of the Village Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, a hearing will be held to determine whether continuation of said license should be allowed. Upon the conclusion of any hearing required by this section, the local governing body may request a licensee to submit an application as provided in Section 53-135.
