Area residents will have an opportunity to donate blood or platelets during upcoming drives planned in the area.

Many blood drives have been canceled, due to the pandemic, putting the blood supply at a critical level.

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, Red Cross personnel will be in Clearwater, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., at the American Legion.

While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcome.

Ewing City Hall will be the site of a blood drive, Wednesday, Sept. 16, from noon to 6 p.m.
