CWC defeated Summerland 63-36, in a Friday evening contest at Chambers.

Coach Greg Appleby said, "We got off to a great start in the first quarter, then had a tough three-minute stretch to start the second quarter where some defensive lapses really cost. We got in too big of a hurry offensively and were not patient enough to get good shots when we needed them. We had a great start in the third quarter to cut the 15 point deficit to eight right away, but were unable to sustain that momentum. CWC is a very good team, and we can learn from this to improve throughout the season."
