Multi-cookers explained during library program

Brittany Spieker, foods and nutrition educator with Nebraska Extension - Antelope County, demonstrated tips and tricks for using a multicooker, Dec. 5.
The program, sponsored by the Clearwater Public Library, drew a dozen individuals.
Spieker reviewed common settings on instant cookers, discussed three pressure release methods and shared examples of accessories that can be utilized with the pots.
Sun-dried tomato risotto, banana bread and deviled eggs - all made in the popular pressure cooker - were served.
